Lennox Health/How Online Care Works

Private start / licensed review

How online care works.

Start from home, share relevant health information, and connect with a licensed provider who determines the appropriate next step.

The care journey

One clear path, with clinical decisions along the way.

The assessment begins a care process. It is not a medication order and does not guarantee eligibility or a prescription.

01 / Begin

Share your goals and health context

Use the private starting process to explain what you want to discuss. The secure clinical workflow may ask for health history, medications, allergies, and other relevant information.

02 / Review

Connect with a licensed provider

A provider evaluates safety, fit, alternatives, and whether additional records, labs, or in-person care may be needed.

03 / Decide

Receive an individualized next step

The outcome may be treatment, another approach, a request for more information, referral elsewhere, or no prescription.

04 / Fulfill

Use a U.S. pharmacy, if prescribed

If medication is prescribed and available in your state, the prescription is sent to a U.S. pharmacy for fulfillment.

05 / Follow

Use treatment exactly as directed

Follow the provider’s and pharmacy’s instructions. Contact the care team with questions or new concerns.

06 / Continue

Complete follow-up

Monitoring and follow-up depend on the individual, treatment, state, and provider’s care plan.

Online care has limits: Lennox Health is a telehealth technology platform connecting users with licensed providers. It is not an emergency service or a physical medical clinic. Call 911 for a medical emergency.

What to expect

Care decisions stay with your provider.

Licensure, treatment access, pharmacy availability, and specific requirements can vary by state. A licensed provider determines whether telehealth is appropriate and whether any treatment can be prescribed.

If a compounded medication is prescribed, it is not FDA-approved and is not reviewed by FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality before marketing. Your provider can explain product-specific risks, alternatives, and instructions.
