About Lennox Health
Online care, explained.
What is Lennox Health?
Lennox Health is an online telehealth technology platform that connects users with licensed providers. It is not a physical medical clinic or an emergency service. Providers independently evaluate patients and determine whether treatment is appropriate.
How does online care work?
You begin by sharing your goals and relevant health information through the care process. A licensed provider reviews your information, considers safety and alternatives, and decides the appropriate next step. Learn more on How Online Care Works.
Does starting a review guarantee a prescription?
No. A provider may recommend treatment, request more information, suggest a different approach, refer you to in-person care, or determine that no prescription is appropriate.
Who decides whether I am eligible?
A licensed provider determines eligibility after reviewing the information relevant to your health, the requested care, state requirements, and the exact treatment under consideration.
Can I choose a specific medication?
You can share what you want to discuss, but the provider makes the prescribing decision. A specific medication, formulation, route, dose, pharmacy, or result is not guaranteed.
Are compounded medications FDA-approved?
No. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved and are not reviewed by FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality before marketing. If one is considered, the provider should explain product-specific risks, alternatives, and instructions.
Where does a prescription come from?
If a provider prescribes medication and it is available in your state, the prescription is sent to a U.S. pharmacy for fulfillment. The pharmacy and exact product depend on the prescription and availability.
Is telehealth available in every state?
Provider licensure, treatment availability, pharmacy service, and telehealth requirements can vary by state. Availability is confirmed during the care process.
How is my health information handled?
Health information needed for care should be collected through the approved secure clinical workflow. Contact Lennox Health support if you need the privacy notice that applies to your care.
How do current patients sign in?
Use the Patient Login page for current portal access instructions and login support. Do not send private health information through general contact channels.
How can I contact Lennox Health?
