Shipping & Refund Policy

How billing, shipping, cancellations, and refunds work at Lennox.

Last updated: May 30, 2026

Draft template. This policy is a starting template and has not been reviewed by an attorney. Have qualified legal counsel review and finalize all policies before launch.

Who operates this site

Lennox is a brand operated by Lennox, LLC, a limited liability company formed in [Your State]. References in this policy to "Lennox," "we," "us," or "our" mean Lennox, LLC doing business as Lennox. Principal office: 123 Example Street, Suite 100, Anytown, ST 00000.

How ordering and payment work

This Site does not sell products and does not process payments. You begin with a free consultation request, and any payment, membership enrollment, and recurring billing happens on the separate provider platform at portal.lennox.health after your consultation. This policy explains how shipping, cancellations, and refunds are handled once a provider has prescribed and a pharmacy has prepared your medication.

Shipping

Orders are filled and shipped by independent licensed pharmacies only after a licensed provider has issued your prescription. Medications ship free, in discreet, unbranded packaging.

Most orders ship within one to three business days and arrive within a few days after that, depending on your location and the pharmacy's processing times. Temperature-sensitive medications ship with appropriate cold-chain packaging. Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Prescription medications cannot be returned

For your safety and as required by law, prescription medications generally cannot be returned, resold, or reused once they have been dispensed or shipped. Shipped medications are therefore not eligible for return or for a return-based refund.

If something is wrong with your order, do not discard it before contacting us. See the section on damaged, lost, or incorrect orders below.

Refunds

Whether a charge can be refunded depends on what the charge was for:

  • Medication: If a licensed provider determines you are not eligible for treatment before your medication is dispensed, you are not charged for that medication. Once medication has been dispensed or shipped, it is non-returnable and is generally not refundable, because it cannot be reused.
  • Consultation: There is no charge to request a consultation on this Site. If a separate consultation fee applies on the provider platform, any refund of that fee is handled under the terms presented to you there.
  • Membership fees: Membership fees may be refundable in limited circumstances. Cancelling stops future billing going forward but does not automatically refund a fee already charged or medication already dispensed.
  • To ask about a refund for any consultation or membership fee, contact our Patient Care team at care@lennox.health or (800) 000-0000 and we will review your situation.

Cancelling a membership or recurring billing

If you are enrolled in a Root Membership or another protocol with recurring billing, that billing is set up on the provider platform at portal.lennox.health. You can cancel future charges at any time before your next billing date by signing in to portal.lennox.health or by contacting our Patient Care team at care@lennox.health or (800) 000-0000.

Cancellation stops future recurring charges. It does not refund medication that has already been dispensed or shipped, and it does not by itself refund a membership fee already charged. This is consistent with how billing and cancellation are described in our Terms of Use.

Damaged, lost, or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or is the wrong item, contact our Patient Care team at care@lennox.health or (800) 000-0000 within seven days of the expected delivery date. Keep the packaging and do not discard the product until we have reviewed the issue. We will coordinate with the pharmacy to make it right, which may include a replacement where appropriate.
