Everything you might want to know about how Lennox works, what's included, and our programs. Still stuck? Reach our care team at care@lennox.health.

General

Lennox is a physician-guided telehealth platform for longevity. We make it simple to get evidence-based programs — weight loss, energy, recovery and healthy aging — prescribed online by licensed US providers and dispensed by compliant US pharmacies. Everything is included in one transparent price, and if a provider can't approve you, you don't pay.

Choose your program and complete a short online medical intake. A licensed US provider reviews it, usually the same day. If a program is appropriate for you, they write and tailor your prescription, and a licensed pharmacy ships it discreetly to your door. See our how it works page for the full walkthrough.

One flat price covers your online consultation, licensed-provider review, your medication if prescribed, any required supplies, discreet shipping, and ongoing messaging with your care team. No hidden fees, and you can cancel anytime.

If a licensed provider determines a program isn't right for you, you are fully refunded and there are no ongoing charges. You only pay when a provider approves your treatment.

A provider typically reviews your intake the same day. Once approved and dispensed, most US members receive their order within three to five business days, with tracking provided.

Lennox serves 48 US states. Whether we can serve your state depends on provider licensing and the pharmacy that fills your prescription — we confirm your eligibility during the online intake, before any provider prescribes.

Your consultation and prescription are handled by independent, US-licensed clinicians through LocumTele, our provider network. Every prescription is prepared and dispensed by Rush Pharmacy, a licensed US compounding pharmacy. Lennox coordinates your care and does not own or operate a pharmacy.

No. Lennox is a transparent, out-of-pocket service — there's no insurance to file and no surprise billing. The price you see covers everything in your program.

Weight loss — tirzepatide & semaglutide

Tirzepatide is a dual GLP-1/GIP agonist. It slows digestion and signals fullness while improving how your body handles glucose — together producing a strong, comprehensive effect on appetite and metabolism. Learn more on our tirzepatide page.

Yes. Tirzepatide is offered as a once-weekly injection or as a daily sublingual that dissolves under your tongue — same molecule, same flat monthly price, no needles.

Your licensed provider determines and titrates your dose. Most members start low and increase gradually based on response and tolerance — starting low and going slow keeps side effects to a minimum.

GLP-1 medications have no direct effect on muscle. Muscle loss is mainly a risk if you severely under-eat or neglect protein. With adequate protein and resistance training, most people lose fat while preserving — or even building — lean mass.

The most common are gastrointestinal — mild nausea, digestive sensitivity, constipation or diarrhea — usually tied to higher doses and fast escalation. Most members experience little to none when starting low and titrating slowly. Seek medical care for severe or persistent symptoms.

Energy & vitality — NAD+

NAD+ is a coenzyme in every cell, central to converting food into cellular energy and to cellular-repair processes. Levels decline with age. Many members use NAD+ to support energy, mental clarity and metabolic resilience. NAD+ is a compounded product and is not FDA-approved for these uses; individual experiences vary. See our NAD+ page.

NAD+ is typically given as a subcutaneous injection on a schedule your provider sets. Your kit includes everything you need with step-by-step instructions, and your care team helps you find a comfortable rhythm.

Recovery & performance — sermorelin

Sermorelin is a growth-hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) analog. Rather than replacing growth hormone the way HGH does, it signals your pituitary to release more of your own — a gentler, more physiologic approach that keeps your natural feedback in place. See our sermorelin page.

Sermorelin is typically given as a small subcutaneous injection at night, before bed, to align with your body's natural growth-hormone pulse. Your kit includes everything you need with step-by-step instructions.

Billing, shipping & cancellation

You're billed one transparent price for your program, with no hidden fees. There's nothing to pay until a provider approves your treatment, and you can manage or cancel future charges from your account.

Yes. Shipping is included in your price and arrives in plain, temperature-safe packaging — typically within three to five business days, with tracking.

You can cancel future charges anytime before your next billing date from your account, or by contacting our care team. If you're not approved, you're fully refunded. Because medication is compounded specifically for you, items already dispensed generally can't be refunded — full details are in our Shipping & Refund Policy.
